These terms are published in English and Arabic. In the event of any conflict, the Arabic text shall prevail under Saudi Arabian law.

These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Baytiy. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Definitions & Advertiser Obligations

All advertisers publishing listings on Baytiy must hold valid REGA licenses (FAL) and ad licenses in accordance with Saudi law.

2. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
